    If you don't already have a great routine, this is the time to start.

    What does that mean? A good solid routine. One that you do every day and night, with a little extra once a week.

    Cleanse: Yes, twice a day.

    Exfoliate: It is important to remove the layers of skin that have served their purpose. Meaning, get rid of the dead skin cells on your body! This ideally should be done 2-3 times a month for your skin. If you have acne then the routine would be more like once a week.

    Tone: The rose toner I have is wonderful for any skin type.

    Moisturize: With specific moisturizers for your skin type.

    SPF: Daily in summer, carefully in winter. Unless you are in the snow and outdoors then, daily!
